All servers are up and running with the exception of host20. It is giving problems rebooting but is being worked on right now. They estimate 2 more hours to complete this. I want to apologize to everyone who had problems today and will do everything I can to make sure they don’t happen like this again. We will continue to work on host20 until it is fully functional.

The hardware issue has been fixed and all servers are running a file system check. As soon as those are done the servers will be back online. File system checks normally take around 45 minutes so it should not be too much longer. Thank you so much for being so kind through this. I know it has been difficult on everyone. I will continue to post updates as I have them.

Hi Everyone,
I am very sorry for the delay in posting a status. I just received word from the tech working on the servers that we should be up within the next 30 minutes. We will continue to work on this until everything is 100%. When I have an update as to what happened, I will post that here.
